They are best known for the development and successful mission of their HANDS ACROSS THE SEA educational foundation. About 20 years ago, donations organized by Harriet & TL created a program that touched upwards of 200,000 kids and donated nearly a million books to schools and libraries in the Eastern Caribbean.
