Can you set things so that when I, for example, go to publications and open the latest newsletter, it opens in a new tab, so that I can several tabs open on the site?

Do you have a button on the website labelled "email all members", for the use of yourself and other officers? I didn't know that this forum was up and running until, by telepathy I suppose, I thought "I wonder how the new OCC website is coming along?" and came and looked. An email to all members for whom you have an address might get more traffic flowing.
