Frank Singletonwas a senior forecaster with the UK Met Office in his mid career. His final post was as Director of the Observations Division. He cruises a HallbergRassy 34. He knows about weather and sailing.
Chris Tibbsis a professional forecaster and has been the weather router for a number of sailing races. He regularly offers weather advice and training for the ARC events.
