Haiti is generally regarded as "off-limits" to cruisers for safety/security reasons, except for Ile Vache on the south coast. I would be very pleased to hear from any members who may have visited Ile Vache in recent times or have information on the island. We propose calling this winter en route from the Dominican republic to Cuba.
