Fred, I suspect this isn't 'new news' for you...but you can acquire reprints of current NIMA charts from Jon at Bellingham Chart Printers - tidesend.com Very nice fellow, long-time business as NIMA/NOAA agent, and buying 2/3 sized chart reprints selectively is can be an economical way to fill in your paper chart needs.
