The OCC likes to organize a bit of a party in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia each December to welcome the ARC participants. We usually manage half a dozen OCC yachts and the club puts some money towards drinks etc. Please inform the Club Secretary if you would like to attend. Non OCC participants in the ARC will be welcome and should use the ‘Contact Us’ section of this page to express their interest.

Please be aware that the OCC Caribbean Radio Net will again be operating this winter from mid-November 2008. We will be on the air daily at 0730 local time at 4027 kHz USB with John Franklin (Al Shaheen) and John Lytle (Oriole) as initial Net Controllers.
Members and new Members arriving in the Eastern Caribbean this winter with the ARC, Carib 1500 or otherwise are very welcome to call in. If you want information, or just to make new friends, there is a body of knowledge available from many members who have been in the area for a few years.
